Tennis Team Update

The New Territories Secondary Schools Tennis Competition (新界地域中學校際網球比賽) 2021-2022, which was cancelled in the past two years, finally resumed in 2021 November to December. Despite the restrictions and limitations due to the pandemic, the tennis team still made great effort to arrange trainings and aimed high for their long-awaited competitions.

Our tennis team members showed their incredible talents, determination and dedication throughout the whole competition, and all were paid off as they received wonderful results by winning the Champions for both boys’ and girls’ categories among all the participating schools in the New Territories. It was the second time for the teams to win the first place together, and it was also our first consecutive Championship ever. We are extremely proud of the achievements of the team members:

Apart from the inter-school competition, two of our tennis team members also participated in various high level territory-wide and international tennis tournaments from September to November in 2021:

50. Junior Davis Cup 2021 (held in Turkey) – being Hong Kong team representative

50. Hong Kong International Tennis Federation (ITF) Junior Tournament 2021 (J4) – Girls U18 Singles & Doubles 1st runner up  
50. CRC Open 2021 (香港中華游樂會全港網球公開賽) – Girls U18 Doubles Champion & Ladies Open Doubles 1st Runner up
