Grade 1 Admission
The admission exercise for Grade 1 has been successfully concluded.

Current Availability
At present, we are accepting applications for Grade 2 only. No school places are available for other grade levels.

Application Process for Grade 2

1. Application Submission
Interested parents may download the application form below. The completed form, along with all required documents, must be submitted via email to the school by 5 May 2026 (Tuesday). The Admission Committee will review all applications and will shortlist a limited number of candidates for the admission written test.

 

2. Written Test  (Invitation letters have been emailed to shortlisted candidates)
The written test is scheduled for 23 May 2026 (Saturday). All shortlisted candidates must sit for this test.

  • Notification: Parents will be notified of the written test arrangement (i.e., whether their child has been offered a test) via the email address provided to the school by 12 May 2026 (Tuesday). No other form of notification will be given. Parents are responsible for checking their email regularly.
  • No Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule the written test will not be accommodated. Applicants must ensure they are available on the test date.
  • Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of HK$75 is payable by parents prior to the day of attending the written test.

 

3. Interview
Eligible candidates who perform satisfactorily in the written test will be invited for a face-to-face interview at the school campus in mid-June. Parents will be notified of the interview schedule via email.

 

4. Announcement of Final Application Result
Parents will receive an offer letter via email in late June.

 

5. Final Decision
The school reserves the right to make the final decision on all admission-related matters. The school may change admission arrangements without prior notice.

Scholarship / Financial Assistance
Needy students, including those from families receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance and those receiving financial assistance provided by the Student Finance Office, could apply and be eligible for school fee remission. Besides, we welcome students who have noteworthy performances in sports, music, performing arts, visual arts, services, leadership or academic excellence to apply for our scholarship. The application forms and details of our Scholarship and Financial Assistance Schemes can be found on our school website (http://www.hkbuas.edu.hk). Hard copies of application forms and related information are also available at our school office. If you would like to apply for your child, please submit the application form and other related documents on the day of registration.

Data Privacy Notice:
1.    All private data related to the Admission Process is handled in full compliance of all HK laws, ordinances, and EDB guidelines
2.    All the information submitted in the Application Form and other attachments will be used only for the admissions purposes. All admission data of unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed after the admission process is completed.
3.    Documents submitted for the Admission Process will not be returned.
