Extended Deadline for Grade 7 (Secondary 1) Online Application

Dear Parents,

We are immensely grateful for your overwhelming interest and support in applying for Grade 7 (Secondary 1) admission for your child. This year, the number of applications has already reached a new record high, reflecting the strong trust you have placed in our school.

Due to this unprecedented demand, our online application platform experienced an unexpected technical disruption last night between 00:00 and 03:00 on 10 December (Wednesday). The extremely high volume of concurrent access attempts temporarily overwhelmed the system, triggering an automatic safety shutdown to protect data integrity.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused to families attempting to submit applications during that time.

To ensure every interested family has a fair and complete opportunity to apply, we have taken the following measures:

1. The application deadline has been extended to tonight, 10 December 2025, at 24:00 (midnight).

2. The deadline to upload all required documents and complete the payment process is now extended to 12 December 2025 (Friday), at 24:00 (midnight).

Our technical team has reinforced the platform's capacity, and we are monitoring it closely to ensure stable performance throughout this extended period.
