Exploring Biology and Ecology: A Field Study Experience

On September 29, 2025, our GCE AL Biology students embarked on an invaluable Ecological Field Study at Nai Hung Pebbles Beach. This immersive, hands-on experience provided these dedicated students with a unique opportunity to conduct a comprehensive ecological investigation in a real-world setting.

Utilizing essential scientific tools such as quadrats and transects, students meticulously collected vital environmental data. This practical application of theoretical knowledge is crucial for developing critical scientific inquiry skills and a deep understanding of ecological methodologies.

The extensive data gathered will undergo rigorous statistical analysis, with findings to be presented in class, showcasing their analytical capabilities.
