37th Sing Tao Inter-school Debating Competition - 3rd Preliminary Round

"Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better" - we are proud to announce that our English Debating Team has beaten the former champion of Sing Tao Inter-school Debating Competition, St. Paul's Co-educational College, in the 3rd Preliminary, with a unanimous score of 3 to 0. Clement Kwok of 11E has been awarded the Best Interrogative Debater of this round.

Despite the restrictions presented to the team due to the pandemic, the debaters have demonstrated much flexibility when it comes to training and adapting to the new debate format. We now have qualified for the quarter-final, which will take place on 26 February, and our opponent will be Bishop Hall Jubilee School. Good job to the team again and let's look forward to continuing our winning streak!
