<<Bridging Cultures: Alia Kong’s Metaverse Initiative Connecting Saudi and Hong Kong Students🫂💫>>

News date

KONG Alia Spring, our Grade 8 student, has initiated the Superbund Alpha Project, an innovative endeavor that employs technology to introduce her schoolmates to Saudi culture. Through this project, Alia aims to establish a cultural bridge between students in Riyadh and Hong Kong, fostering mutual understanding through virtual workshops enriched with spatial computing, images, and prompts. By enabling students to craft virtual avatars in the metaverse, they can effectively exhibit their cultural heritage within personalized virtual spaces.

Despite her young age of 13, Alia embarked on her journey at just eight years old by co-founding the Kids Power Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating students on diverse cultures and promoting mental well-being. The group is currently gearing up for the Superbund Event Day scheduled for July 2025, a groundbreaking event set to unfold concurrently in both Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia, uniting over 100 attendees from Hong Kong, mainland China, Canada and Saudi Arabia. Alia envisions the incorporation of blockchain technology to document digital assets, thus bridging the gap between the virtual and real worlds.

We anticipate the forthcoming Superbund Event Day with enthusiasm, expecting it to foster meaningful connections and foster cultural understanding among all participants.
