Awards received by A-School Alumni

Two alumni of A-School received awards of their excellent performance in tertiary institution recently.

Newly graduated LO Chun Hei Thomas of Class 2018, who is studying Medicine in The Chinese University of Hong Kong, was nominated by A-School in last September for the “Tung Wah Group of Hospitals 148th Anniversary Scholarship”. With excellent performance in 2018 DSE Exam, good character, devotion to community affairs, active participation in extra-curricular activities and voluntary work, Thomas was awarded a scholarship of HK$10,000 in recognition of his all-rounded achievement.

CHAN Man Hei Matthew from Class 2015, a senior student in Engineering in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, has been placed on the Dean's List twice during the preceding three semesters and attained a semester Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.7 (on a 4-point scale).

Congratulation to the honorees for their great achievements! A-School will continue to nurture our students academically and beyond so as to expand their social network and develop a well-rounded perspective on lifelong learning.
