G1 First Round interviews special arrangements

Dear Parents,
As tropical cyclone Mangkhut approaches Hong Kong, there might be a chance that it will affect the 2019-2020 G1
First Round interviews scheduled on 15th September 2018. Please note the school’s special arrangements as following:
| Condition | Arrangement | |
| a) | If the Education Bureau (EDB) announces that kindergartens of full day or half day (AM or PM) will be closed due to inclement weather, | the G1 First Round admissionsinterviews scheduled on 15thSeptember 2018 will bepostponed to 29thSeptember 2018 (Saturday),while assigned interview time remains the same. |
| b) | If the Education Bureau (EDB) announces that kindergartens will be suspended due to inclement weather during the interview in themorning, | the morning interviews will still take place until 12 noon. Parents can decide whether to attend the interview scheduled in the morning according to the weather conditions or parents can call the school office on Monday 17thSeptember 2018 to re-schedule the interview. Afternoon interviews will be cancelled and postponed to 29thSeptember 2018, while interview time remains the same. |
| c) | If the Education Bureau (EDB) announces that kindergartens will be suspended due to inclement weather during the interview in theafternoon, |
the afternoon interviews will still take place until 5 pm. Parents can decide whether to attend the interview scheduled in the afternoon according to the weather conditions or parents can call the school office on Monday 17th September 2018 to re-schedule the interview. |
