<<🎨APEX Visual Arts Annual Show 2026 Opens with Distinguished Ceremony✨>>
On June 3, we were honored to inaugurate the APEX Visual Arts Annual Show 2026 at The Pao Galleries, Hong Kong Arts Centre. The ceremony was graced by our two officiating guests, Dr. Chan Suet Yi, Snow and Hui Hoi Kiu, together with our School Supervisor Professor Frank Fu Hoo Kin, BBS, MH, JP, and our school leadership team led by Chief Principal Dr. Benjamin Chan, MH.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our Visual Arts department and visiting artists for their dedication to bringing this "inspiring future" to life. 💫
In the opening remarks, our guests praised the students for weaving personal reflection and global awareness into their creations. The exhibition beautifully showcases a year of intensive artistic exchange, professional residencies, and the profound graduation portfolios of our Grade 12 students.
Visitors were invited to explore a spectacular collection of creative masterpieces. Highlights included the Primary Division’s artist residencies with Terrence Chan and Ting Yu, as well as dynamic collaborative projects in the Secondary Division with Fong Wing Lam, Tse Chun Sing, and Lau Hong Lam. The exhibition was further enriched by featured works from guest artists Hui Hoi Kiu and Lam Fan Shing Fanson.
A highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of our top artistic honors: The Tunny Prize, recognizing outstanding Grade 12 graduating artists, and The Mini‑Tunny Prize, celebrating creative talents from Grade 1-11.
In a wonderful celebration of community and early creativity, certificates of appreciation were presented to our five partner kindergartens in recognition of their students’ delightful artwork contributed to the gallery.
Spanning two floors, the exhibition unites the creativity of Grade 1-12 students, the WE Artist team, kindergarten partners, and alumni, celebrating vision, collaboration, and the boundless potential of our young artists. ✨
