<<π Celebrating Art & Literature: INTER-school Ex Libris Exhibition Project>>
We are proud to have served as one of the co-organizers of the Inter-School Ex Libris Exhibition Project for Primary and Secondary Schools in Hong Kong. π¨β¨ Our school had the honor of hosting the seminar sessions, where students from across the city gathered to explore the history and meaning of ex librisβthe art of bookplates.
π A heartfelt thank you to all our Reading Ambassadors, partner schools and artists whose contributions made this project so impactful.
To further enrich the learning experience, our Reading Ambassadors participated in a dedicated printmaking workshop led by CUHK tutor Mr. Jay Lau. Inspired by the theme of Classic Reading, they created a stunning collection of 13 ex libris printsβeach a unique tribute to timeless works of literature.
These completed works are now on display at The Commercial Press Tsim Sha Tsui Book Center, showcased alongside ex libris pieces by 30 other Hong Kong artists. It is a truly inspiring exhibition that highlights creativity, collaboration and the enduring power of reading.
π Coming this June: A collection featuring works from 10 participating schools will be published as an e-book and launched on the Nowbook reading platform. Stay tuned!
