Connecting with Alumni Series: Celebrating the Excellence of Our Oxford Alumni (Part 2)✨

News date

Visiting the historic University of Oxford to meet with some of our inspiring alumni was truly uplifting. Surrounded by dreaming spires and centuries of academic tradition, we listened with immense pride as they shared their ongoing journeys.

We were thrilled to catch up with:

  • Chu Hok Yin (Class of 2023) – Bachelor of Mathematics (MMath), Merton College; recipient of the HK Scholarship for Excellence Scheme (HKSES); completed a month of internship research in Osaka, Japan; aspires to pursue a PhD.
  • Cheung Kwan Chiu, Alfred (Class of 2023) – MPhys Physics, Mansfield College; a stellar seven 5** achiever in the HKDSE who continues to excel at Oxford, earning a distinction last academic year.
  • So Wing Kiu, Katie (Class of 2022) – Law, Wadham College; recipient of the HK Scholarship for Excellence Scheme (HKSES); soon to qualify as a solicitor.
  • Quinton Tak Yin Lee (Class of 2020) – Bachelor of Experimental Psychology, Wadham College; now working at the University of Oxford and actively involved in choirs and choral projects across the city, continuing his passion for singing.

Beyond the academic rigor, what truly stood out was their unwavering drive to excel in one of the world's most demanding learning environments. They are not only mastering their disciplines but also cultivating the tenacity and foresight that will shape their future.

Seeing them thrive is our greatest joy. They embody the spirit of lifelong learning that we hope to nurture in every A‑School student.

To all A-School alumni, we look forward to connecting with you soon and welcoming you back to your alma mater. All A-School teachers are cheering you on every step of the way!
