🏆 Territory-Wide Excellence! A-School Library and Teacher Librarian Sweeps Five Awards in Triple Prestigious Competitions!

We proudly announce historic achievements in three territory-wide programmes:  

1️⃣ Double Awards in "Excellent  Library Accreditation Scheme" 
The Wong Ting Chung Library (Primary division)  and Ms. Elva Yeung won both the "Creative Reading Promotion" and  "Student Librarian Training" awards, making A-School the only school honoured in dual categories! This is a strong acknowledgement that the school vigorously promotes reading and is committed to developing student leadership training.  (Organizer: Quality Library Network)  

2️⃣ Commendation Award in "School Librarian Outstanding Achievement Award"  
Ms. Elva Yeung, our Primary Librarian, has been awarded the 2025 Commendation Award by the International Association of School Librarianship (IASL) and Hong Kong Teacher-Librarians’ Association (HKTLA) in a territory-wide selection. This accolade solidifies her role as a benchmark of professional leadership in school librarianship!  (Organizer: HKTLA)

3️⃣ Primary School Division Third Place and Bronze Award (Teacher Category)  in "e-Reading Award Scheme 2025 - Scholarly Expo Reading Award" 
A-School is committed to promoting electronic reading and developing students' digital reading skills. In the field of electronic reading promotion, Wong Ting Chung Library (Primary Division) has stood out among 400 schools in fierce competition. Both students' e-reading habits and teachers' reading promotion abilities showcase the innovative strength of digital reading! (Organized by: New Book)

Our systematic initiatives include school-based PERCCI Reading Log, cross-disciplinary reading programmes, graded reward schemes, and 100+ annual activities. Through teacher innovation, parental support, and student engagement. Taking into account both paper and digital reading, the annual loan volume of the Primary School Division has exceeded 50,000– realizing our vision of "Reading as Lifestyle"!
