STEAM Team Building - Primary Division

A-School has been at the forefront of revolutionising STEAM education through a carefully planned curriculum, ably supported by tech facilities and a knowledgeable team of STEAM teachers. All these work in conjunction to equip our students with the skills needed to flourish in the future.

Teachers at A-school are a part of a teaching community that values learning from each other as a symbol of being lifelong learners. This week, our committed and energetic teachers from the primary section got a taste of activities our students engage in during their lessons and STEAM week through a series of team building learning experiences planned by our STEAM teachers. The teachers engaged in coding exercises to control a Dash robot in completing a series of tasks. Another hands-on activity involved making creative use of Artec blocks to solve a given problem. The Lego Robotics Soccer match had teachers competitively vie for scoring points. Teachers had a chance to show their creativity in designing questions for AI thus better understanding the role of AI Chatbots in education. The Immersive VR bowling session clearly brought out the athletic side of teachers.

Through these team building exercises, our teachers ensure a spirit of inclusiveness, collaboration, innovation, and creativity prevails.
