Our school's String Ensemble was honored to perform at the "21st Century Cup" National English Speaking Competition (Hong Kong Region) 2026 Awards Ceremony, organized by China Daily and graced by the presence of Ms. Choi Yuk-lin, Secretary for Education and Ms. Alice Mak Mei-kuen, Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs of Hong Kong. 🇭🇰

The occasion brought together outstanding young English speakers from across the region, and we were thrilled to contribute to the celebration with Gustav Holst's lively and elegant St Paul's Suite I. Jig — a piece full of energy, precision and joy. 🎶

Performing at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in front of such distinguished guests was an unforgettable experience for our young musicians. We are deeply grateful to China Daily for inviting us to be part of this meaningful event celebrating youth excellence and cultural exchange.
