Polling for Election of Alumni Manager

Polling for Election of Alumni Manager will be launched from Monday,
November 18, 2024 to Wednesday, December 4, 2024

Two nominations were received for the Election of the Alumni Manager during the Nomination Period. The brief introductory statement of the candidates, Mr. Wong Long Hin, Nichol, and Mr. Ho Kwan Leong Robin are attached for your reference.

Polling will be launched from 10:00am on Monday, November 18, 2024 to 4:00pm on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. According to the Clause 8 - Polling of the “Guidelines and Regulations for the Election of the Alumni Manager”, all members of the Alumni Association shall be the voters. Each voter shall come back to the Main Office of A-School in person to get one ballot paper by presenting the HKID card for checking during office hours. Voting shall be made by secret ballot. Voters shall cast their ballot papers into the Ballot Box. Blank ballot papers should also be returned Voters are not allowed to leave the polling area with the ballot paper. Each voter can only vote for one candidate.

Counting of votes will be carried out immediately after the close of polling. The candidate with the highest number of votes shall be elected. If more than one candidate has the same highest number of votes, the second round of the election will be arranged. The result of the Election will be announced immediately after the close of the count. Such announcement shall be uploaded to the website afterwards.

To allow you to know more about the two candidates, we are planning a sharing session through Zoom for all alumni. More details will be announced in due course.
