|Talk on “Agriculture in China and Hong Kong” by Mr. Lam Chiu Ying, SBS|
We are honoured to have Mr. Chiu Ying Lam, SBS, who is the former Director of the Hong Kong Observatory and Adjunct Professor in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, to host a talk on February 20, 2017 in the school campus. The topic is “Agriculture in China and Hong Kong”.
Before the talk, Mr Lam met the representatives from Excel 33 and discussed various issues as well as exchanged views with students. After that, he shared how agriculture could promote sustainable development with the whole school. Apart from the above topics, Mr. Lam also talked about his own working experience and life philosophy. Instead of a talk, it was actually a meaningful environmental conservation and life education lesson for all.
